This policy explains what information The Quick Website (“we”, “us”) collects on thequickwebsite.com, why, and what you can do about it. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- The business name you type to build a free website, and the category you pick.
- Details you choose to give us in our forms: WhatsApp and phone number, Google Maps link, address, opening hours, email, and any message you send.
- Chat questions you type into our website assistant.
- Your Instagram username, if you reached a demo through a link we sent you on Instagram.
- Basic visit information: pages viewed, buttons tapped, the website or ad that sent you, device type and approximate city (from your internet connection, never your exact location). We use a small first-party cookie and browser storage to recognise repeat visits.
How we use it
- To build and show your demo website and your 14-day trial preview.
- To reply to you and help you take your website live.
- To understand which pages and ads work, and to improve our websites and assistant.
- To prevent misuse, such as spam or automated abuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for anyone else's advertising.
Who helps us
We use trusted services to run the website: Cloudflare (hosting, security and storage), Anthropic (AI that writes demo website text from the business name you type — no personal details are sent), Meta / Instagram / Facebook (our messaging with you and, on the pages above, the Meta Pixel to measure our ads), Telegram (internal alerts to our team), Google (Tag Manager and Analytics, to count visits and see which pages and ads work), and, when you pay, a payment provider such as Razorpay. They process information only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep demo and contact details for as long as they are useful to serve you, and remove them on request. Visit statistics are kept in summary form.
Meta Pixel and advertising
On our own pages for businesses abroad (the /canada page, demo websites, the free-trial pages and the trial owner's editor and payment pages) we may use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API. They tell Meta when someone views a demo, starts a free trial or pays, so we can measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram. When you start a trial or pay, your email and phone number are sent to Meta only in hashed (scrambled) form. We do not put the Pixel on our customers' own websites for their visitors. You can control ad personalisation in your Facebook / Instagram ad settings and by clearing or blocking cookies.
Your choices
- Ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Clear your browser's cookies and storage at any time to stop us recognising your visits.
To make a request, message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form.
Children
Our services are for business owners and are not meant for children.
