Why there are no refunds after payment

With The Quick Website you never pay for something you haven't seen. You build your website free, try it for 14 days, and ask for changes until you are happy. You pay only after you approve your website. Because you approve before paying, payments are final and are not refunded.

If you don't love it

Simply don't pay. There is no advance and no charge for the demo, the 14-day trial or the changes before approval.

Duplicate or mistaken payments

If you were charged twice or paid by mistake, tell us within 7 days and we will refund the extra amount to your original payment method within 7 working days.

Cancelling your yearly plan

You can stop at any time by not renewing. Your website stays live until the end of the year you paid for. Renewal payments, once made, are not refunded.
