Simple terms, no surprises.

By using thequickwebsite.com or ordering a website from The Quick Website (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms.

1. Free demo and trial

Anyone can build a free demo website by typing a business name. Demo websites are samples with placeholder content and are not an offer to provide a specific design. Adding your details gives you a private 14-day preview at no cost. One free preview is available per business, phone number and location.

2. Your website and approval

When you choose to go live, we prepare your website with your business details, text and photos. You review it and ask for changes until you are happy. You pay only after you approve your website. Once approved, the design is final; any later changes are quoted to you first.

3. Price and payment

• First year: US$249 — design and hosting for one year.
• Every year after: US$69.99 — hosting renewal and keeping your website online.

Prices are shown on our website at the time you order. Any applicable taxes are shown to you before you pay.

4. What's included and what's not

Included: a premium one-page website with the sections your business needs, mobile-ready design, WhatsApp and call buttons, Google Maps, hosting and SSL security. Not included: a custom domain name, business email accounts, online payment or shopping-cart features, paid advertising, and changes after approval (quoted separately).

5. Custom domain (optional)

A custom domain name (like yourbusiness.com) is not part of the price. If you would like one, we can arrange it for an extra charge, registered in your business's name.

6. Renewal

Your plan runs for one year from going live. We remind you before it ends. If you don't renew, your website may be taken offline.

7. Your content

You are responsible for the text, photos, logos, prices, reviews and other details you give us. You confirm you have the right to use them and that they are accurate and lawful. We may refuse content that is illegal, misleading or harmful.

8. Our work

Our designs, code and templates remain ours; you receive the right to use your website for your business for as long as your plan is active. We will show your website in our portfolio only with your permission.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep websites online and secure, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service, search rankings or a specific number of customers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
